The Transport Accident Commission commemorates 25 years of caring for Victorians in 2012.

To mark this milestone, a short film has been released that reflects on the past 25 years and the difference that the organisation has made in the lives of injured Victorians.

The short film features the powerful stories of two young men, Anthony Bartl and Simon van Beest.

Both had car accidents in 1986 as young boys and their challenges and achievements over the past 25 years have been captured.

The film also records the reflections of former Premier John Cain who created the TAC and the vision for the TAC's future, from the Hon Ted Baillieu, Victorian Premier
